tool bars
The tool bar on my grandad's explorer window disappears everytime he opens a new window. To get it back we have to pull it down so he can use it. I have tried to lock the tool bar but when a new window is opened it has gone all dodgy again. 
If that made sense to you can you please help as he is bugging me to fix it and I don't know how!!!
