Question New mobo and old components

I need to get a new mobo, but use old components on it which are from another box due to a dead asus a7v mobo.

So do the latest mobos on sale support an old athlon 1200 fsb 200mhz, and PC133 RAM and a gf2 gts 4x AGP gfx card?

What should I go for? I'm not looking for anything fancy, but want to do this on a budget, for around the £50-60 mark. I dont want to if possible have to buy new ram etc.

Board must be ATX, AMD Socket A, Support a fsb of 100/200mhz and have ATA133 connections.

I was thinking MSI, or Epox maybe,

Any ideas, TIA

The processor & gfx card should be ok but I don't think any new mobos will support pc133 sdram, you'll probably have to invest in some ddr.

DDR has diffrent amount of pins and pin layout. There are a couple of motherboards that have 2/3 of each type of ram slot. I will post back when I find one.

This looks ok to me http://www.dealtime.co.uk/xPC-MicroS..._KT600_ATX_A_L

Question is how many of its ram slots support SDRam, just the one or two?

Blurb is wrong I think. VIA KT600 chipset is DDR only.

Just found the MSI spec and it's DDR only.

The SDR / DDR boards have never been that popular.

http://www.asrock.com/product/product_k7vm2.htm is one - no idea who sells ASRock stuff retail though.

Thx, but it is correct, heres the same board from another supplier,

http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Product...ource=Dealtime

Also MSI's spec also says it can use SDRam

Main Memory
• Supports six memory banks by using three 184-pin DDR SDRAMs
• Supports up to 3GB memory size
• Supports DDR400/DDR333/DDR266/DDR200 DDR SDRAM

Bonus I think this is the one.

Damnit no I'm misunderstanding the blurb it IS only DDR, ffs lol

I have been looking around - but all the mixed ram ones seem to be **** spec.

Might be worth just getting a used one from EuroPC or similar but with some extras onboard.
