If you are using outlook express as your mail client,
Either click on the paper clip image (if you have images enabled) on the toolbar,
or go to the insert menu item, and click on file attachment.
Once you have done either of the above, navigate to, and then select the file you wish to attach. In this case it will be the image file you want to send.

It's simlpe really.
Create a new email.
In the to: line, put your own email address. Add the attachment. In the subject line stick the word Test. Click the send email icon in the top left. Click send and receive on the outlook express window.
You should get the email back pretty much straight away and be able to see if the attachment worked

or
if it is in your 'my pictures' folder. right click on required image, cursor up to 'send to' , cursor on to next menu to 'mail recipient' , left click. a box will come up asking if you want to resize the image, decide which size you want (you will have to left click the circle to change it) , your email should come up , put an email address in (or yours to send it to yourself for testing purposes) , change the subject title if you want and add a message if you want , then send!
hope this works for you
(dont know if it will work from anything other than the 'my pictures' folder)

Super slider, it works just like that untill - your email should come up, but I`ve transfered the picture into `documents` & have been able to send it direct from there (I think).
Thanks, Neil.
