Anybody else getting this, and if so for how long? Ours just cut out the other night and hasn't worked since (thank God for the dial-up backup ). Tried calling support and got a recorded message that said they have a major outage, but their "tickets" page doesn't show anything.

BTW, Nildram are generally excellent and this is the first problem I've had. Though there is a recorded message you can still talk to an engineer if you stay on the line.

I've got Nildram but have not had any drops ever in 18 months (touch wood)
