Theoretical or real world? It depends on the distance to the tower, how busy the cell is and what way the wind is blowing 
It is also very "laggy" but this will only matter to you if you're attempting to do live terminal sessions etc.
Great for always on, non-critical data such as vehicle location, email etc.
