Unhappy Windows XP problem

Can anyone help ?

Whole family are set up as administrators, when I change anyone to limited access, they get an error message when logging on - "There is no registry data for Epson Smart Panel for Scanner". The error box will not go away.

Answer here on page 10. I take it this is a W2K only problems as I have the same software and it works fine in XP.
