Free broadband
Well it is for me anyhow thanks to a badly configured router. There I was in the kitchen making a brew and the ipaq "boingd" and it picked up actiontec - a wireless network.
After investigation, 192.168.0.1 turned out to be an actiontec router, but there is no password protection or any protection of any type. I was gob smacked it would be so easy to just change the password and all !
At least 192.168.0.2 had their shares configured.
After using my own dns, I could surf anywhere on the web. I suppose im more suprised at the fact that people round here might have a wireless router.

Remember next time your downloading windows longhorn, that "how could it be me officer I couldn't afford broadband, here are my bank statements to prove it, no broadband payments or modem, so no court evidence"
