Chances are every time you go to a major retail chain, high street bank, hospital or GP you're using it. I have to say its one of the most stable and best performing data networks I've used.
What do you need to know ?

Thanks guys, we are planning an upgrade to our network and one thing a consultant suggested was the use of IP Clear to replace some of out Frame Relay but we are struggling to find much information about the product.
We are not looking at technical gubbins just yet just the basics sales blurb.

We use it.
Migrated from SMDS to IP Clear.
Far cheaper like for like service. Had a few issues with the BT cloud (due to BGP routing).
Currently three classes of service, ranging from data class through video conferencing upto voice class.
This will be changing in the next few months to 6 classes of service (to match European standards) - Similar to QOS.
Quite impressed with it bar the few outages we have had - thanks BT.

Cant help much with the sales side - Look for "BT MPLS" on the BT site, but we have 3500+ Sites on IP Clear. and have found it truly excellent. Previously managed 700 site on fixed links (64K up to 34 meg) via our own regional POPs and 3K sites on ISDN dial. and letting someone else look after the management of PoPs, core bandwidth etc etc is a whole lot easier (and cheaper).
If you have any techy questions fire away.

I might have to call on your skills in the near future J and Deano .
We don't know a huge amount about the setup at the moment but we know that it IS in the pipeline and has to be completed before September as this is when one of our data centres moves to Bristol.
