Flash7 video how to save it ?
Is there anyway to copy and save a flash7 movie from another site ?
Ive seen some great flash 5 / 7 movies about. Can these be copied and saved using a third party programme ?

The movies normally load into you temporary internet cache - so if you know the file name check there. Might have to switch on option not to delete these type of files.
