Is there anywhere online that allows you to listen to parts of tracks from albums at all?

iTunes gives you 30 second previews of virtually any track

forgot to add, click music store, click OK on the bit that warns you its not yet available in UK. You will then be able to preview tracks just not buy them.

I think you can listen to some on www.mvc.co.uk but depends on how recent the album is. They don't have samples for all albums, and less for older ones.

Although having just checked a random selection of recent releases can't find any samples at all so maybe they aren't doing it any longer

Try the HMV website http://www.hmv.co.uk. They've got samples of most of the popular albums on sale, (and a few not so popular). Not great quality, but good enough to give you an idea of what the tracks are like....

Hello

www.amazon.co.uk often has snippets of the CD's they sell.

The bands own website is also a good place.

Steve.

iTunes has well over half a million tracks plus 100,000 independent artist releases. They aren't just recent ones either, in fact they have the billboard charts back to the fifties.

Works on Windows too
