What can I do with Sonic Record Now! Deluxe?

Got it as a freebee from chap in office in original packaging.
Anyone know if I can burn mpeg files to vcd? looks like it 'can' but not sure.
How much of the DVD to PC to VCD process will it cover? I've already got DVD Decryptor if that's any use.

Recordnow is DVD writing software.Amongst other things it alllows you to take data backups of data on your hard disk,you can copy DVDs,you can also use it to 'backup' (For personal use I must stress
) Xbox and PS2 games....
Thats about as much as I use it for anyway!!
