Question TFT Monitor & Games

I am thinking of changing my ageing Sony Trinitron monitor for a new LCD monitor something like the Iiyama E431S or E481S. Anybody here have one of these monitors and play any TPS like Counterstrike or Vietcong.
I have heard because of response times TFT monitors can experience lag or blurring in games.
I have read the review of the E481S in PCPro and they give it the thumbs up even though it has a 25ms response time.

If you want to play games you need a fast response time. I have the Dell 2001FP and it has a 16ms response time with 24 bit colour. It is brilliant. Some of the earlier 16ms screens could only achieve it by reducing the colours.

Cheers guys, now to find a place that has them in stock. They seem to be out of stock everywhere.

Mate of mine waited 4 weeks for a 431 in black but with a response time of 16ms, it really is the business and I think would be hard to beat....
