MovieFactory 3 no sound on conversions

MovieFactory 3 no sound on conversions
I've been dabbeling in converting Mpeg/avi to dvd with this prog for a couple of day's and I'm doing something wrong I think.after conversion to vob's and the like there isn't any sound
I've been using moviefactory to make the vobs and nero to burn. The picture is perfect menus are good but still no sound. This is for someones wedding Video and I can't work out how to get the sound. this happens for both LMPC audio and mpeg 2 any ideas

What output format are yo choosing?
iso or video_ts/audio_ts?
If you are using the latter, ensure yo burn the empty AUDIO_TS folder as well as the VIDEO_TS as some standalones won't recognise any audio at all unless this folder is on the disk.
If you're creating an image and then burning that to disk, i don't know what could be going wrong.
I've only ever use MF2 and still havn't had any real problems with it.
