thinking about geting an xbox coz of the live stuff has any of you lot got one and if so whats it like?????

 

I have one... got two live games Project Gotham Racing 2 and Links 2004.

It is cool because you get a very high standard of competition! Unlike playing the computer opponents. I do need to get the Head set though so I can chat to the opponents.

Go get one... lots of Live games coming out at the moment.

I have an account, but can't activate it as I can't get the software onto the new Xbox

Most current new games have the Live Dashboard software on them so, if you haven't got it already, get PGR2 (you know you want to) as that has the software on it. Then, answer your friend requests and I'll let you win a race on the Ring and you get to keep the Ring circuit for free

I got TopSpin yesterday... A highly addictive game in both single and multiplayer, and seriously polished...

Only trouble now is the the wife keeps hogging the bloody Xbox....
