I need to edit lots of cells in a table in my MySQL database, At the minute they are blank and i'd like to put the same entry in each one, depending on the entry in another cell on the same row.

Is there any way of doing this in PHPMyAdmin? Can I set up a formula, or sort, like you can in Excel?

Just use the mysql client to add the data directly into the database.
