Thought this would be really easy to set up and take me 2 minutes! Help! I must be doing something wrong and cant suss it out - am sure it will be easily pointed out by someone though!

Am trying to set up another user account on windows xp home edition, however when in the account and you try to access the internet you get the message:

"Forbidden:
You were denied access because
Access denied by access control list"

Have tried a search, looked through help etc?

Am using blueyonder broadband

anybody any ideas?
