Motorola V500 Mobile Phone on Orange Just Talk

Was wondering if I buy this, if its straight forward to put my Orange Pay As You Talk sim card in it instead.
Would it need unlocking, or would it take the Sim card straight away (as they're both Orange sim cards - my old one is from a Nokia 3210e and hopefully it'll fit in the Motorala V500)
The nature of my calls means "Pay As You Talk" is perfect for me.
