"Run as" via command prompt?

Question

I want to create a shortcut to c:\program files\program\program.exe and Run it as a different user to who is currently logged on, how can i integrate the "Run as" command into a desktop shortcut?

Any help appreciated (if it makes any sense

you should just be able to create a normal shortcut and edit the running sysntax to include runas.exe etc. Failing that, create it as a batchfile, and stick it on the desktop

Target of the shortcut would be something along the lines of runas /user:domain\user program.exe

Didn't realise runas was an .exe - very handy. You could also run it as a startup script in which case it would run as SYSTEM.
