Just played Broken Sword: Hidden Dragon on the PC and have to say its sooo good to see the old style adventure games being modernised and looking superb on todays graphics cards.

I couldn't stop playing it til I completed the game and was really impressed by it.

so this new broken sword - does it play like the first and second one then?

I enjoyed 1 & 2, buts its frustrating to play after learning to play putergames on 3rd person like RE or say Max Payne etc..and I thought it was pretty tricky, read: walkthrough used

Does the camera move in any other direction?

Its been brought into full 3D, but the locations are exuisite!

Real time dynamic lighting, etc...

Camera is just perfect, never going wrong.

It felt a little weird at first, having played stuff like Max Payne etc, but you get back into it and you're hooked.

Download the demo and check out the first "puzzle"

Still can't beat the Monkey Island series

Missus played Broken Sword 3 and finished it quite quickly

In fact, I'm off to fish out my old Monkey Island disks. Should have forgotten some of those nasty tricky puzzles by now

frank, the interface seems a little clunky at first, but persist with it and its pretty good.

I haven't seen a bad review of it yet
