I recently ran Disk defrag on my lap top
since then it has been running very slow & has been bring up an error message (virtual memory low)
is there a simple solution ?

ALSO running Windows 2000 & there is something in it which keeps changing my homepage ! where do I find the details to delete it changing it ! I change it in Internet tools but it keeps changing it back !

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

SOunds to me as if you have some spy ware installed on your machine.

What is the homepage it changes too?

DOwnload a copy of AdAware from www.download.com and get rid!

as altering the registry scared the life out of me !
