Need some advice ... I currently have two HDs hooked up to an ABIT mobo with RAID controller (RAID 0). I want to do an upgrade to a new mobo and CPU. Can I simply take the two discs and plug them into the new mobo RAID IDE connectors? Will this work or do I need to copy all data off, reinstall RAIDed drives and reformat?

Unless the new mobo has the same chipset as the one youve got now you will be better off doing a full clean reinstall.
Better off backing up now before you start and do a clean install.
