sorry meant to say phpbb there is a post nuke version of in which intergrates members list etc, Boro did you have the same hassles as me, i forgot 1 [/ url] tag and when i changed it, it changed back or added new tags
i have to say in my experience, vbulletin is by far the best, there is a free light version of it, but doesnt have as many features, but the full version really rocks, it has by far the most and best features i have ever seen on a bbs

Another vote for vbulletin. Definitely the best bb software anywhere. There is also an excellent front end to it, designed for community derrived sites.

there is also some very good support forums for vbulletin if you should start to use it, some of the people on their are very helpful if you get any problems, if you need it let me know ill look up the link
