what is it and how is it done???

system is amd athlon 2400 running xp home, 512mb memory, samsung 120gb hdd, radeon 9000 pro. I also have a spare baseunit with amd duron running xp pro, 256mb memory, maxtor 64gb hdd and some rubbish grafix card(ati rage 32mb)
