Advising a friend who has a "TINY" Computer, roughly 2001 Vintage, INTEL Celeron CPU, with Windows Me installed
Because it was part of a 'consumer package' the paperwork does not identify the MoBo nor, consequently, the RAM (nor the processor speed). Being Win Me, the 'System' function of Control Panel and the Hardware Profiles are less than helpful. Obviously, Ican go inside the case, though whether the MoBo would identify itself remains to be seen!
Anyone able to suggest either the likely generic Mobo/RAM type for such a machine or a decent freeware diagnostic program??
TIA - Cheers
Phil
