html coding - netscape and text zoom

Just testing a website with netscape 7.1 and when I do a text zoom above 120%, everything goes to hell.
On the one hand its obviously catering for people who have sight problems
On the other hand, Style sheets don't seem to be able to prevent this from happening.
Is it just something you have to live with ?
