I seem to have a virus / pop up advertiser on my machine..

It detects I am online and then starts popping up a grey/ beige window with an "ok" button and some message usually not too bad but annoying as they come up about one ever 15minutes..

I have virus scanned and removed some stuff but now detects nothing.. also uses spy sweeper which now says it is clear..

Any ideas?
