Just got broadband installed...it's fan-fecking-tastic!! 
600K is just ever so slightly faster than 44K!!
The NTL installer was on time, polite and helpful as was the person on the tech support. Being on hold for 30mins wasn't quite so good, especially as the problem is on their side! Overall though, so far, so good.

That's kinda what I thought, but seeing as the house was already connected, and we're too far from our (ADSL enabled) exchange, well, there wasn't much choice! But as I said; so far, so good!

I'm not really into gaming, tho if I did read correctly that one of the Xbox online thingumys doesn't mind <cough>chipped<cough> ones, then I might give that a whirl!
