XBMP Packet size for streaming video

What packet size would you recommend for Xbox media player to stream mpeg's and stuff. It's set at the standard 256 but it jerks all over the place

I haven't changed the packet size on mine and it streams nicely over 11mbps wireless using Relax
(Didn't like the idea of using Windows shares )

Are you hardwired or wireless ? Which version of XBMP ? Which stream server software ?

I'm using wireless Dlink 11Mbps kit and Relax .... higher res files don't work just puts up a few frames every couple of secs
