Hello all.

Sometimes my hard disk is constantly working, but i am not downloading anything, or doing anything stressful.

Is there a program i can download to monitor what is accessing my drives??

Davie, What Operating System are you using. XP will do things like optimise your files whilst sitting idle and god knows what else. I wouldnt be too worried unless you see a lot of network or modem activity at the same time. If you are worried about trojans or hackers download a free program called "zonealarm", its probably one of the best personal firewalls available and its free. It does take a bit of configuring but well worth it. I could also recommend Avast antivirus personal edition and Adaware to check for any nasties and they are both free as well.
