USB Problem
#1
Any help here would be very much appreciated.
If I boot up my PC and then power on 1 of my USB devices either printer or camera, the PC totally locks up and I have to reboot. To use either of the devices I have to ensure it is powered on before I boot the PC. Any ideas on how I can solve this?

When did this start happening?
What OS are you using. If its Windows 95/98/ME then It could be an IRQ conflict but it could also be a driver problem.
Have you installed any new PCI devices/cards?
Is it a VIA chipset MOBO you have?
Have you been mucking about with any motherboard or chipset drivers? Some chipsets require special drivers for USB to work correctly.
If you have a few USB devices I'd invest in a cheap powered USB hub anyway tbo.
