If I want to make a compilation of songs ripped onto WMA on my hard drive, how can I do this in Nero? It will quite happily do the same with MP3s, but says it cannot convert the WMA files. Is there a patch to add to Nero 5.5 so it can deal with WMAs?
Cheers,
Ben
Editted to say, the CDs I rip are my own, and thus I feel I should be able to make compilations or copies for my own use (in the car, etc) as I please. If the majors think otherwise, I'll stop buying their records

Many thanks Fatman.
Will that work for Nero 5.5 though? The graphic on the download page is Nero 6. I'll find out shortly anyway.

Ben

I'm using 5.5 myself. I don't know about *this* plugin, I installed mine ages ago. You could just try it and reinstall Nero if everything goes t1ts-up.
Or - if you like - I'll host the .exe I installed from (exe dated March '03) and you could run that one.

Fatman,
Almost a month later, I've tried to actually make use of the plugin, and it doesn't make any difference. It claimed to install ok, and I've tried a second time, but Nero still "cannot read file". Do I need to do anything else?
Could I take you up on the kind offer of having the old plugin emailed to me?
ben@henryjamp.co.uk if you wouldn't mind, my profile hotmail address doesn't like big files.
