Can anyone please tell me what the difference is?

I'm in the process of sorting out which PDA to buy and am now looking at the upgradability of the different devices. Some have one expansion slot and others two, but I don't know what the difference is between SD or CF memory.

Cheers

Simon

Aside from the physical nature I'm not too sure, SD is much smaller in size whereas CF is much bigger, yet a lot cheaper.

If you can get a machine with both, then this is good, because external devices will normally come as CF cards, eg wireless lan cards, modems, GPS devices etc. This means that you have the SD slot free for memory upgrades.
