anyone used this ??
the system erase doesn't appear to work neither does the array manager when run from cd...

how do you actually configure the drives/raid etc without having to blow away by using floppy disk ??

I usually don't bother with AM or OM and instead prefer to use the Ctrl-M option at boot-up. Which RAID card do you have installed?

Ok, the onboard PERC 4/Di - not a version I've used before, but all the PERCs are very similar. Anyhow on bootup either load the GUI or the text. Can you delete the RAID partitions as per their instructions?

When configuring a PERC, I usually head into the BIOS via Ctrl-M, then navigate to Configure and then New configuration. (Be warned this will erase your present config). Use View/Add Configuration if you wish to make changes and leave any configuration intact.

What have you tried?
