Question

Need to know what Multiplexing metho Virgin use ( VC or LLC based ) and also virtual circuit numbers for the VPI and VCI so that I can setup a new modem router.

Tried emailing Virgin and getting no answers

Been having problems setting it up on
THIS THREAD and think it will be sorted once I get the above info.

Anyone know?

Yep I'm with Virgin and it's been useless for about a month. Very odd behaviour though, some things always work fine (MSN Messenger, K-Lite, Google.co.uk and a few other websites), but often most websites and pop3 email are very slow or don't work at all. Is that similar to what everyone else has experienced? Can't help wondering if I may have some setting wrong as I hadn't had BB long before the problems started. I emailed and eventually got a reply saying sorry and it'd be back to normal soon, didn't specify if my symptoms indicated a problem at their end though. It's usually been ok the past couple of days to be fair, not impressed over all though.

PS. Sorry about the thread hijack. Tech support actually tend to know what they're talking about if you phone, may be worth a go.
