How to make polyphonic Ringtones for Nokia 3650?

Is there any way of making impressive sounding polyphonic ringtones to upload to a 3650? The free composer was poo. Any way of converting mp3's to midi files for ringtones or any decent free software to make some that don't just go plink. Ta!
