Problems posting to news.dsl.pipex.com ?

Can read posts fine (if a little slow) but cant post any. Get following error message:
Outlook Express could not post your message. Subject 'HELP! Windows and Netbios between 2 subnets - over a Cisco 2501', Account: 'Pipex News Server', Server: 'news.dsl.pipex.com', Protocol: NNTP, Server Response: '441 437 Rejected 3016 000001 TooOld', Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 441, Error Number: 0x800CCCA9
Any ideas?

Ok ignore me Im a plank 
Had managed to set my PC's clock forward to december whilst checking the calendar. Reset to the right date & time and works fine now
