search around on the net mate its not hard 
Cheat mode:
Pick the SECRETS option in the options menu. Submit the code one of the following codes at the CODE ENTRY prompt. Finish the entry by selecting OK. The cheats can be turned on by selecting them in the list and pushing Right.
All weather:
Submit the code CLRWTR.
Group B mode and Group B cars:
Submit the code CFCKGL.
All other cars (including bonus cars):
Submit the code AIDLAU.
All tracks:
Submit the code BSDJUC.
Expert mode:
Submit the code HIQNRM.
All car parts:
Submit the code FUDWHC.
All tests:
Submit the code DMLPOD.
Mirror tracks:
Submit the code EPDZJF.

they won't work, there are millions of possible codes as the first time you play the game it generates a security number which is used to determine which codes will work, the number is 6 digits long so finding the right set of codes is nearly impossible.
