Does anyone know what unique ID gets copied to a local w2k machine when a user logs on for the first time?

I need to query this before allowing a batch file to run, to stop a backup of one users data going to someone elses network store.

Thanks

logged on for first time?

Difficult, depending on roaming / mandatory profiles.. you could check for existence %userprofile% as said however, that would have been created by the gina so that ***** that..

You could check %username% for login.. depends what your end result is really.
