so what's this all about?

I get a Zone Alarm question about this (access and server rights) as soon as I start up - despite an always-on Internet access it seems to be sending data back and forth on the ZA icon thing in the system tray.
If I disallow access I can't access the Internet but can still use my local (2 PC's) network (I think).
This and my lack of knowledge worries me - is someone sucking information from my PC?

I'm running XP through ZA Pro but I hate the way Norton takes over so I'm not running a permanent virus prog.
I've run a Spybot check (fully up-to-date) and nothing dodgy is showing...

Do I have a problem or am I merely smoking too much?

Don't worry about it - that's a core Windows component. It's involved with all network connections, so just allow it.
