Question

Anybody help me on the following,

using word97/2000

Got a document using Times New Roman Font 12pitch, ok its a true type font so WYSIWYG,

yet when I print out on a HP Laserjet 6p printer the underline is too close to the bottom of thw word and looks poor.

Tried a few fonts but happens with them all, any ideas

thanks

jase

ps. can i increase the space between the underline.

Have you checked the printer settings? Sometimes if you have it on "scale to fit" you could end up with this type of problem. Have you tried printing it on a different printer?

Either that or type word without underline and put an underline in wherever you want using the drawing tools.
