Exclamation

Nipped up to Asda last night for some tea, and had a quick look in the games section. Not sure if it is to do with the current supermarket price wars on CD's etc, but all the PS2 games had hand written stickers on with new prices, such as:

CMR4 - £29.97
Conflict desert storm 2 - £24.97
Fifa 2004 - £29.97

etc etc. It included most new games, and I nearly bgout the desert storm game, but I already have PES3 and CMR4 to catch up on

Anyone played Conflict desert storm 2 yet?

If so, is it any good?

Desert Storm 2 is excellent. The controls are the same as the first one, so very easy to use. It is basically the same as the first game but with different levels.

Hi

Was there any sign of a discount on XB games? The most I can find retail, is a couple of £ off new ones at Gamestation. There's plenty of discount mail order, but I want an instant fix, not have to wait a few days to a week, for them to arrive.

Gamestation are excellent for 2nd hand games - £19.99 for Halo, £11.99 for Splinter Cell and so on.

Cheers

I'll agree that CSII is well good, as has been said, it's basically the same game, although I've noticed a few changes on 'Extreme' difficulty level setting; for example you can't simply pick up every weapon and ammo, there's a limit!!!

Oh, and probably the best bit is that you can now roll over whilst laying down firing - sounds small, but makes a big improvement!
