Just got this little blue card reader from Dixons for a tenner to read my multimedia card for nokia 3650. I have XP Pro and the ****** won't work. It claims there is no need for a driver with XP but still it is not recognised. When I try to install drivers from disk it says it cant function because the.INF is for Win 95 or 98. I also tried it on my mates 98 laptop and had the same problem, it installed but was still not recognised properly. Anyone know where I can get an XP driver for it as there is no manufacturer website and virtually no support other than an extortionate phoneline (75p a minute for a bloody machine!)

Take it back straight away. PC Line stuff is poor.

Then go to Jessops and buy a SanDisk (make) reader. They work fine on everything as far as I tell.

Cheers

You could try as a last resort.

I'd take it back for a refund and buy a belkin 8 in 1 card reader.
