I don't think so as I have wanted to do this for ages but have never found a way.
I think Microsoft dont want this to happen though because of the increase in traffic on their servers, it will mean anyone who does this will efectively be doubling their number of emails cos as soon as they come in they will send straight out again and I doubt Microsoft want to be used as a mail forwarding service.
