Hello

You don't need to upgrade to Office XP if you don't want to. Any version of Office works.

Steve.

Blimey, you're 1 year ahead of everyone on this side of Mars, even Bill Gates. Office 11 aka 2003 has only just been released!!!

Scooby96: no, Office and Windows are separate packages. Your old version of Office should be just fine.

In fact, Outlook 03 is far superior in its capabilities. Simple user tasks are much better such as rules. I dont use the whole spectrum but Im interested in perhaps intergrating the calendar onto the web as a kind of booking operative.

Yes, I always talk cr@p And I make typo's... it's 03 I have.

I have only recently installed it, around a week ago, so I havent checked out all the other apps such as word, publisher and excel etc. There were a few other goodies there too such as InfoPath (oooh, a form creator! Ive been looking for one of those - publishable to a webserver - cushti) and a host of tools that Ive not seen before. Might have to go and have a play. Not enough hours in my days.

And why have I got chinese writing next to the message icons on the reply window?
