Win2k and SP4 Slipstream help please.

Trying to do the above ie want a bootable Win2k disk with SP4 intergrated on it already.I think I am too thick too understand the instructions that I have found on the net.
Anyone care to enlighten me please,because I had a go at it last night and almost put the keyboard through the monitor screen LOL
