Thanks for the help on the PCAnywhere ports, the boss is now happier.
I'm told that other users cannot see the servers in network neighbourhood, and they could before the firewall went in. Now, bear in mind a) I'm no firewall expert, b) I'm not the poor sod who is configuring the firewall. So, what, if anything, would I need to allow on the firewall to allow PCs to see the servers?

your gonna want to allow the internal network to comunicate.
If you or another inexperienced person is configuring the network, do not expect it to be very secure. I am not being ignorant here, just giving you a warning.
compare it to a non medic operating on someone or a non electrician rewiring a house.
