got a new case on order (old one was an ancient time case and my psu has died) and was wondering what way to go with cooling? with the old case temp was about 55 celsius on the processor which i beleive is quite high? (case was steel enclose with 1 cpu fan and 1 fan on psu n that was it.) new case has front intake fans and rear exhaust fans (twins) n was wondering if i should bother putting any more in? like maybe hard disk cooler? card cooler? case fans?

as im soon to be upgrading processor from duron 1ghz to athlon xp 2700? and upgrade my ram from 256 to 768. gfx card is a 64mb geforce 4 and also have 2 40gig hdd and a dvd burner.

any help apreciated

if you're not intending to overclock your machine then what you're getting will be more than enough.

looks like your MOBO only supports up to PC2700 DDR memory. This will limit you to a max of about 188fsb. If you're looking to overclock I'd really suggest a Nforce 2 (rev 2.0) or Abit NF7-S mobo with PC3200 DDR RAM which will get you 200fsb from stock. It also depends on how much you want to OC tho.
