trying to get on to courts website and it comes up with the following
Accessed NO_COOKIE resource!, Browser/Client needs cookie-support to access this Site
What does it mean????

You either have cookie dissabled in the browser, or dropped at the firewall.
If the first, enable them in the options.
If the second let them through the firewall
If the second and you don't have access to the firewall (e.g. works network) your stuck
