Any good free (or cheap) IMAP4 / POP3 servers for XP
#1
Hi,
I'm looking for an IMAP4-capable mail server to run on an NT workstation. The idea is to allow me to access my mailboxes via outlook express from a server connected to the ADSL-connected wireless network at home.
Must be cheap (pref free) and also preferably windows based. I could install Linux and have a choice of loads, but would rather not unless there isn't a viable alternative. I would prefer to use something that would work well on a headless workstation, i.e. it shouldn't require me to log in to run in a user context (interactively).
Any alternative sugestions that fulfill the requirements would be useful too.
Thanks,
Alex
P.S. just broke 1k posts!
