How do i make a PDF optimised for PPC ?

I have downloaded a pdf of the London Underground map and want to put it on my Ipaq. When i did this and loaded it, Acrobat Reader on the Ipaq told me that it wasnt optimised for Pocket PC.
How can I optimise it or create a PDF thats PPC-friendly ?

I think you might need this. Haven't used it myself, but I think it would do what you want. You can get a 30 day trial version free.
